The brief called for an innovative, contemporary and economical approach to townhouse design in Lekki. Each unit is modular which would ease construction time and cost. Each unit has decent sized living and dining spaces, kitchen with storage and a built in BQ.

Above ground, 4 no bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a 2nd living space complete the accommodation. Voids in the slab allow for connectivity through all the floors, increasing transparency and lightness. The modular nature of the layout also allows adaptation of the building grid to reduce the area of the unit for smaller plots.
