Office Complex, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

The brief required the design for a modern designed simple office block on a 1,172 sq.m. site in Alausa. Due to the tight nature of the site, we dedicated the entire ground floor to parking and circulation and concentrated the services into a linear block to allow clear open floor plates along three sides of the building.

The tight nature of the site presented a design challenge but also an opportunity to design something special in what is a typically drab business area. The idea was a simple glass box with solid facades along the building length.
