The client requested a minimalist but modern townhouse with 4 bedrooms, a swimming pool and outdoor terraces on a tight, urban site in Ikoyi.
Due to the very tight site constraints, the pool was designed as an extention of the living room but shielded from view.
The upper floors house the bedrooms and a roof terrace.
The ground floor living area revolves around the swimming pool and a Zen Garden. 6m sliding doors open connect both outdoor spaces, at flanking ends of the building, to the living area. The main sitting area is a double height volume with an informal sitting area located at mezzanine level.
