The Bank of Industry tower is a 12 storey building along Herbert Macauly way in the Central business district of the FCT Abuja.
Completed in November 2010, the Bank of Industry Headquarters is a landmark building set to dominate the Abuja skyline. The building represents the banks position as a vehicle with the vision to transform Nigeria’s industrial sector.
Inspired by the shape of the human eye, each floorplate is typical, divided into two wings. The oval shaped floors provide 78% net office space and are served by 2 service cores at opposite ends. The floor plates curve along the central atrium and the full glass panels on both side of each floor plate allow good daylight penetration on every floor. The glazing panels in each office bay also have openable panels which allow cross ventilation if required.
