BANK OF INDUSTRY 2: 2ND TOWER, FCT, Abuja.

Following the successful completion of the first tower, we were commissioned to design and execute the construction of a second tower.

The second tower is 19 storeys high, with a typical floor footprint of 1,200 sq.m. The building has been designed with the future in mind and will include features such as raised access floors, smart lighting and AC, Building Management systems.

The building will be clad in Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) panels with the aim of providing 30% of the buildings total load output.

The floors are subdivided into zones, with independent lighting and thermal controls. To make the most efficient use of the net floorspace, dedicated meeting room pods hang suspended intermittently the atrium. The top of these pods serve as breakout and landscaped informal meeting areas.

To minimize loss of pure net office areas, meeting room pods are suspended into the atrium void.

At the top of the tower is a restaurant with external terrace areas, offering panoramic views of the city.
